We had our moments today at the playground. The Heir is Fox, Her Royal Highness is Mother Hen, Heiress the Chick.
The game should be played out in this sequence - Fox has to try to kidnap chick and eat her. Mother Hen has to protect chick from being kidnapped. It's slightly different from the original version of the game but that's how the kids wanna play it so i played along.
But in a weird twist of physical stamina fate, Mother Hen got out of breath and raised up the white flag tad too soon and marched Fox and Chick back home.

On Monday, my lil gal was scheduled for an appointment at the Eye Clinic at NUH. So early Monday morning while I was still tired and limp after the open house on Sunday...off we went to NUH with darling hubby and son.
Wafa had to go through a couple of eye tests and another test after her eyes had been dilated. So!! It was proven than she has rather high astigmatism of about 200. But her degree was rather low at 50 for each eye. Which means she has to put on glasses. Poor lilttle gal didn't know the importance of putting on glasses. She thought it's the fanciful sunglasses which kiddies wear so while we brought her to a couple of optical shops....she refused to try on the frames. Instead she dragged her Abah all the way to a kiddie store where she pointed to an array of kiddy sunglasses perched on a stand. Ya Allah, kalao dah dinamakan budak....they are just a bunch of innocent and plain thinking children. Only after her Abah purchased the sunglasses for her then she agreed to try on the "real" frames at the optical shop. Ya Ampun.....
Turned out, Abah also needed help in the sight department. He also had some degrees added to his age...thus, dua beranak bikin glasses at the same time. While Wafa nyer glasses cost 170, Abah's only cost 68. Duhhhh
