Assalamu'alaikum warahmatullah wabarakatuh.

fuyooh, 6 months. that's how long i've abandoned this page. moved on to facebook lah that's why. happening things are all in facebook don't you agree? so i kinda miss my blog, miss penning down my thoughts and missing the creative juice i would have contributed to this blog. yerlah, macam terror banget gitu. thus my presence here, now.

where do i begin? things at work are beginning to look up on a brighter note. finally, after close to 13 years of 'torment'. okaylah, not that dramatic lah hor. let me rephrase. finally, after close to 13 years of 'makan hati ulam jantung', the person finally called it quits. yes, not me who called it quits (that says so much of my thickened skin kan?) but surely the person has resigned from the co. for good.

so at last after driving each other crazy, the time is finally here. i feel ZEN. period. no matter if i end up 'buat kerja berdiri' as in busy on my toes all the time till the boss ropes in the next replacement..i still feel ZEN. Zen Zen Zen..i can do a repeat mode of ZEN and my lips couldn't stop curling up at the corners. ZEN. heheh.

i can't believe after so long and finally i open up myself to this blog just to mention about the going-ons at work. i am a desperate worker indeed!

back at home, i've been maidless for close to a year now. and oh, few nights ago my 2nd last maid - Bik Ana rang from jeddah. she's been working there for close to 2years now. no, she's not looking for an employer in us, hub and i are not keen on that notion for various reasons.
she called to ask how our family was doing and all. Alhamdulillah, ingat jugak Bik Ana kat kita. May Allah bless her heart. Amin.

School term is wrapping up soon. Afiq and Wafa have gotten their mid-year exam results. Afiq is as expected - promising. Wafa didn't do too bad either. I just hope that her scores could improve by end of this year. She's still my Heiress and he my Heir. I love them both, wholeheartedly - scores or without. i guess that's one of the endearing qualities that God has bestowed upon mothers. To love without expecting anything in return. It has already been proven by Mak Esah. without her, i crumble. she's been helpful, oh that's such an underrated word. she's been remarkably wonderful, that's all i can say. sayang mak sangat sangat.

we'll be having our family vacation soon, to bandung that is. the 5 of us and yati's family. her kids and mine will be ecstatic as ever. i know i am. :)))))
abg cik and family are supposed to be part of this vacation but kak imah's mom has taken ill. therefore in lieu of that they have decided to cancel or postpone the trip. i very much anticipated and agreed and respected their decision. as divine intervention has determined it, Almarhumah Hajjah Halimah Binte Idrus has been called upon the Lord 3 days ago, the early morning of 18th May. innalillah wa'innailaihirraji'un. May Allah blessed her soul. Amin.

so, this trip to bandung from 16 to 20 june. that'll be the 1st for me. well, the 1st for everybody in fact. hope it will be a good family time spent with none other than the ones who matter most in my life,
