what matters is, another 4 days more to embrace Ramadhan

can't wait

2 more days to go before he's back in our embrace

been almost a week now, missing him badly

syukur alhamdulillah, there were some activities, events which kept me occupied through out the week

besides the usual chore of ironing (hey, wats new?), last saturday i had my 1st online arabic class with busu, kak lynn and our ustazah. it was pretty enjoyable, learning should be enjoyable especially with the company whom you love

in the evening, kak lynn and i attended an event at simply islam with

busu would love to join, in fact it was her who brought the jamming to my attention - but she was hit with the flu bug (maybe due to tiredness kejar-ing a balloon back when we were in kl)

together with us in spiritual jamming were didod, kakak norl, mel, atifah, tuty

being together again reminded me of our halaqah days

and i saw a lady who was the spitting image of my ustazah, well almost

although my ustazah is the most prettiest lah kan...

tapi okaylah, terlepas rindu jugak..felt like hugging and kissing that lady tapi takot pulak kener penampar sulong so i just satisfied myself by stealing many quick glances at her.heh.

jamming ended with a do'a by sheykh from sudan and a big round tray of nasi briyani

didod nak makan tapi malas nak makan...you get the drift doncha

"jeejik suapkan didod!!!!"

so suap i went, suap suap suap until didod went breathless

nasib baik tak pengsan anak dara pak jebon

took a cab home with kak lynn

reached home and the clock striked 12

on sunday while wafa had her extra tuition lesson i went about the usual jargons - ironing

halfway through ironing came zuhur.

after zuhur we got ready to watch UP

now you know why i am always doing ironing

ironing in the morning,

ironing in the evening,

ironing in suppertime,

SOS dear laundry,

i dun like you all the time!

we hit the nearby Lot 1 @ choa chu kang

promised afiq a superyoyo

he got his and wafa got hers too, though hers is cheaper cos it's for intermediate level

wah, little did i know yoyos also come in separate levels - intermediate, advance, super advanced

memacam jer budak sekarang

my time there was just 1 type of yoyo, 1 kind of gasing and 1 flavour of bubble yum

kids had too many choices nowadays!!

i managed to get us a 3.15pm show for UP

true what mummy masayu said, it was a touching animated movie

i loved the 1st half hour of the movie the most

and i cried...crybaby.

the story did talk to me

it told me the best adventure in life need not necessarily be conquering K2, Everest, diving to the deepest deep, conquering Nassim Hill or endorsing the most heftiest LVs'

it is the simplest things in life that matter most

being happy in life, being loved, giving love

for me, it is being in the company of my loved ones

the joy of living and appreciating nikmats from Allah

my children, the husband, my mother, family, friends

nothing is ever more meaningful than seeing their smiles

like the scholar - sheykh from sudan says,

Rejoice!Be happy and that is our showing of appreciation to what Allah has bestowed upon us

use it to the best of our capabilities, do not abuse it

show gratitude by giving smiles

and for that, i am all smiles..just like always.

it rains again today.smile.

i had a super bad stomachache this morning.smile.

i miss him so much.smile.

so much ironing to do.frown? nooooo, must smile. :) :) :) :)
