1st day – KL shout shout

so we’ve touched down safely at LCC
so would it be train, bus or cab to The Zon – the serviced apartment we called home for the next 4 days
after having checked our load, the girl at the counter offered a cab ride of RM90++
okaylah, ON!
a nissan cefiro cab was waiting for us
throughout the 45 minute journey from sepang selangor to KL
we gained info or rather the hub gained info such as the cab driver’s name,
the nissan cefiro we’re in was just 3 weeks old (padanlah bau kedai)
weather in KL, traffic jam or not and all the what has, what hasn’t and what nots
see, told ya……hub’s one hell of a friendly talker, blabbermouth.

checking in was a breeze, thankfully
our 2 bedroom unit is at a block named kasawari
apartment was pretty decent, airy and clean
the gals….lucky gals got the masterbedroom with the best view of KLCC
hub and I got the 2nd bedroom with a walk in closet area large enough to sleep and a view of corus hotel’s swimming pool to boot….duh
kitchenette is proper and clean

after arranging our respectives wardrobes, quick cleaning up and jama’ taqdim
we walked our way to KLCC, stopped halfway at pelita nasi kandar restaurant to have our lunch there
oh my……fried fish roe never taste this GOOD!! must try! must try!
tak sia-sia along recommend this makan place
we selected around 5 dishes consist of sambal sotong, stir fried longbeans, fried chicken, fried fish roe, pappadum and white rice
impatiently we washed our hands and waited intently for the dishes to be served while our stomachs are making noises at the same time!

after lunch, the walk to KLCC took us about 5minutes
inside, we went to isetan, parkson, bought snacks,
went into other indie shops, bought snacks,
ventured into more shops, bought snacks
snacks, snacks, snacks
pastries, buns, donuts, sushis, famos amos
so basically us girls were richer by the buns,
the hub got richer by the briefs he bought for himself....a whopping RM140 on undies!!
pengsan sey
oh by the way,
have i already told you that these 4 days are our totally DIET-FREE days?
well, you got it
after sometime, we didn’t know which shops to go next
we made our way just outside of KLCC at the fountain park
it was a Thursday night yet the crowd was impressive
we camwhored….saw the 1st picture of 4 of us in dora didods’s blog?
that was taken at the park lah
while gorging down on 1901 hotdogs courtesy of ‘didod-buys-buys-buys-but-never-finish-her-food-and-in-turn-make-us-three-her-food-overdose-victim’,
prior to this we had already watched the movie Gone Baby Gone at the Tanjong Golden Village KLCC and now waiting for the clock to tick to 11.45pm for our 2nd movie – Duyung – local movie starring saiful apek, yassin senario, awie and maya Karin to name a few
good comedy movie – found ourselves laughing and giggling throughout
and who could ever forget the scenery, location where the entire movie was shot –
mabul, sipadan, laying-layang – islands off sabah – magnificient crystal clear water….
Many times in the movie i actually pictured myself in the islands

CAN'T WAIT FOR MY ISLAND RETREAT IN JUNE LAAAAAA!!!!

after the movie, we walked home…err, to the apartment
we skipped dinner……no, not because of fatigue but due to our stomachs are cruelly bloated to the max with all the snack binging kan….

2nd day – KL scream scream…..to be continued, heh
Jangan marah hah
