i was in the office, less than two hours before knocking off yesterday when i picked up the phone.....

alex : aunty g! do you know how to cook spaghetti pasta?!
hrh : (yek eleh, buat kelakar ker per ni anak......i cooked spaghetti bolognaise when his mom was around couple of months back....and yup, he said it was DELICIOUS.....his mom too..hehe)
yes, i can cook pasta....why? (aksyen blur)
alex : errr...i wanna eat pasta for dinner, can you cook for me?!
hrh : (penat tao!) ok, will do. aunty g will cook pasta later for dinner, after i reach home wokay!

typical alex......he always ends his sentences with exclamations, rather high pitch end. pure habitual. berdesing telinga ku. astaghfirullah.

on the way home......

brain 1 : how about making donuts tonite? kids will be at kumon with bibik, got free time on my hands......don't wanna finish last quarter of Kite Runner tonight, tot of finishing the novel tomorrow at work.

brain 2 : but got backache ah.....will i be able to sit 2 hours straight kneading the dough, biar betik ko jik!!

brain 1 : alah, insyaallah. tawakal to Allah jer lah. tinking of bringing 'em donuts to jb this saturday....can serve during breakfast or tea break for family members before the engagement waattttt.....

brain 2 : yer lah, you're damn right. nak bikin popiah sosej, popiah crabstick....kener pakai modal....it's dry time now. so donat it is lah ek. let's see, i already got few packs of flour, milk, eggs, sugar.
