bedroom talk
mustaqim budak kiut
bukan aper, 1stly my camera phone was overloaded due to sat’s iftar photo taking. 2ndly when you are crowded with a group of 30 hungry adults and kids, camera ke maner aper ker maner, dah tak ingat lagik dah.
alhamdulillah the iftar was as always – loud and noisy. standardlah, when the sabris’ meet the ismails’ things can get rowdy in a wholesome kinda way. *chuckles*
bro-in-law jamal as always would lead the prayer of isya’ and terawih. this time was i very glad and satisfied that we did 20 raka’at followed by witir. there were few who called it quits after the eighth rakaat – mainly the kids! the heir was heard asking his father “abah, kenaper banyak sangat sembahyang, afiq tired, kaki afiq tak leh tahan”. mak buyung yati surrendered too though she would love to continue until ms giddy spell decided to pay her a visit.
sis-in-law kak ju brought jagung bakar.
sis banun with her otak-otak express,
kak tini with her generous contribution of french loaf and eggs to go along with our main menu – kacang phool.
mak buyung yati with her pudding, big enough to be the ‘kepala meja’.
and of course, our home cooked kacang phool, fried bee hoon (yes, masak ni lagik) and corn and strawberry dadih.
and somebody brought murtabak and dal vadeh…perhaps it was kak linda – my sis-in-law.
thank you all.
