The thought of reporting back to work tomorrow sent jitters to my spine. I needed a fix, die-die must go out today, inhale the breath of fresh air or rather inhale the exhaust fumes of the ever loyal SMRT buses. Sort of like warming up my mentally unstable mind and reminding myself, "Get your ditzy butt off the bed and go to work tomorrow woman!!!"

So my feet or rather bus 176 took me to Bukit Batok. The journey in all took about 20minutes. Landed on the front porch of cousin Yati's humble abode. We chatted over mango pudding, prawn crackers, cold fries and strawberry milk while watching Friends vcds. That was awesome!

Watching Friends brought me back to 1994. Prime time of my life, lol.
Time when I owned the world or I thought I did own it somehow. Every girl I knew, including myself was crazy over the Rachel Green's layered hairdo. A must-have for every girl at that time. So hilarious!! But it was fun nevertheless. How time flies. 13 years down the road, cuzzie and I are both married women, mother of 2 except that she's counting on her 3rd instalment now while I am still counting.....sheeps....hahahaa!!

Thanks Yati. You're a darl. This afternoon was just what I needed to perk me up for tomorrow. Hope you enjoy these couple of days in the home-hood. Lucky you!!
