Yesterday Her Royal Highness knocked off an hour early. Couldn't bear with the excruciating back pain any longer....I needed to lie down or I believe my back would break into pieces. It's the once-a-month thingy you see. Weird thing is, I have not felt this pain so bad since marriage and childbirth. Wonder why this time it decided to pay me a visit. Upon reaching home, headed straight to the hot shower and lay flat on my bed like a stale pancake. Later at night, while still lying flat, I helped the kids with their school work. I know, I am pathetic. Stick me up with a needle, give me labour pains...all these I can endure. But Pre/Post menstrual syndrome - I simply can't take it. Period.
