Exactly, this is what's gonna happen if you're trying to relive the glory days when ladies sat on a bike menyenget....ala ala Saloma style. For those who are ardent fans of black & white movies, especially those Jalan Ampas movies will know wat I'm talking about.....

This was what happened to my eldest sis-in law (Kak Long). On the way to a Mosque near her home, she was riding pillion on a neighbour's rempit bike...but tulah, all seemed to be a recipe for disaster - dia duduk senget ala Saloma, pakai baju kurong.....nak jadikkan citer, kain kurung tu terselit kat celah spokes tayar belakang motor tu....(the rear tyre). Gedebuk! Jatuh tergolek....it was quite a bad accident, luckily she escaped with abrasions, laceratons, toe nail tercabot, swollen all over the body and 3 stitches to her upper lip. Alhamdulillah, though she's still limping and her right leg was badly swollen when we visited her last Saturday, Tuhan masih sayangkan akak ipar aku tu or the accident would have been worse.

Alhamdulillah jugak, the rider escaped with slight injuries only without any hospitalisation for both of them.

So remember, jangan sesekali bergaya ala Saloma...kalo suara ala Saloma takper..maseh boleh diterima.
